We had a maggot infestation at our home last night, it was early hours in the morning (roughly 1am) and the lovely man was happy to come out to help. When he arrived, he could see that we had already been working ourselves to try and get rid of the maggots (boiling water, salt, bleach) so the kind gentleman wouldn’t have any money off us for coming out to us as he could see it would be pointless. But he was such a genuine guy and advised us on what to do next and even gave us a call this morning to check everything was okay. We would highly recommend this man as he clearly knows what he is doing and his customer service and genuine care was so rare to see. More...

Best Service around, i rang other companies and even contacted the local council but no one could make it any sooner than a week later. I rang BPC who came the same day at an agreed time and contacted us when concerned He was going to be late due to traffic. Gentleman was friendly, understanding and put us at ease with out concerns straight away, free quote was a welcome bonus and prices were excellent to start the process off. A couple of return visits later and now everything is sorted even with it being the busy festive season couldn't ask for more or a better service than we received. Would highly recommend, hopefully we wont need a service again but if we do will know who to call. More...
