Birch Social Limited

Our story starts with Tiffany and Sade, two passionate care professionals with over fifty
years of combined experience providing care. Sade and Tiffany both have powerful stories of
parents and grandparents who have suffered disabilities as adults. Sade's mother found
herself disabled in later life and struggling to live independently, and Tiffany’s grandfather
and brother had mental health issues in middle age which left them unable to support
themselves.
Having personal experiences of how care providers can have an impact on a person’s life,
alongside a passion for helping others, Tiffany and Sade were driven to create Birch Social
Limited. They are on a mission to improve the state of care for adults with challenging
behaviour and complex needs.
Although not always easy, Tiffany and Sade fell in love with being care workers early on
within their careers. They both love nothing more than being able to put a smile on their
clients faces or making them laugh whilst providing them with the support they need.
Through building strong, trusting relationships, perseverance and commitment to their
clients, Tiffany and Sade have already helped to improve the lives of many children and
adults and they are excited to help many more through their work at Birch Social Limited.

● Provide high quality, safe, responsive, effective and well-led complex personal and
supported living service to people in the county of Suffolk County and the
surrounding area.
● Are highly personalised and have positive outcomes for the service user.
● Are consistent and help to ensure each service user is fully involved in society and
the local community.
● Ensure the fullest quality of life for our service users by facilitating a structured and
flexible programme of activities and social events.
● Recognise individuality, diversity and maximise independence.
● Provide enriching and rewarding work opportunities to people in Suffolk and the
surrounding area, building a high-quality workforce of competent, well-trained,kind,
and long-term focused staff. It is our aim for everyone to be united behind a vision to
establish an exceptional care service.
● Have accurate and precise record keeping and reporting procedures and acts on
feedback from service users
● Enables service users to make choices about how the care is to be provided
● Help to reduce the number of occupied beds within hospitals for service users who
can be cared for and supported at home instead

We cant provide services online or remotely. We have to visit clients in their home and provides services
