We had a five star treatment for a job which was not so simple as it first appeared to be, The men that came to fit the floor worked in an environment which was unfamiliar to them, but ensured that the service users were safe at all times by ensuring that they kept their tools and equipment safe. Our experience with Birch Commercial flooring Ltd has been fantastic. We had a major problem with a damaged floor which needed replacing at very short notice and James Birch went out of his way to sort it out.
We can not recommend him highly enough.
The fitters were great as well. Very helpful and professional. Again, could not fault them.
I would highly recommend this firm and I hope to use them again in the future.

I wanted to get a curtain track put up for my 90 yr old Mother in law. Obtained a quote from Birch Commercial Furnishings. That was fine. However they wanted me to pay them in advance. That was a couple of hundred pounds. I said I would pay once they did the work. They then asked for half which was still over a £100. I offered to pay it by credit card as this would give me some security if they did not turn up. They refused as they don’t take credit cards. So basically I had to either pay them by bank transfer or deal was off. I told them I would be foolish to give anyone £100 if the only communication I had with them was by text. So unfortunately my 90 yr old mother in law lost out. I offered to pay by cash once the work was done. I also advised they should tell customers they don’t accept credit card payments. Finally I spoke to bark.com and they said they let people advertise on their site only. More...

Dear Mr Singh, We are sorry you felt this way. As mentioned, I had been in and out of meetings all morning hence my responses by text. Despite this, I made every endeavour to provide you with a price and to achieve your fitting demands within 48hours. Due to covid and the disruption this has caused, many of our suppliers are requesting funds upfront in the event of further lock downs and feel it’s only fare to ask clients we have never dealt with for a 30 percent deposit during these testing times.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My previous experience working for larger companies.
I wanted to offer a more bespoke and personal service that could source the entire market place for products, without being tied to one supplier.
The pleasure of completing jobs to our clients complete approval.

Our fabrics range from black-out fabrics through to fabrics from the likes of Zoffany, Harlequin, Sanderson and many more.
Our furniture is all manufactured within the UK, and comes with a 5 year warranty.
