My laptop had died and I chanced upon this place while taking my laptop to PC world. What would have taken £60 in 7 days with a potential data wipe these guys did by the next day for £26. I have just purchased a replacement mainframe from Bioteknik – they have built all of my systems for the last 12 years and supplied my laptops too. I’ve continued to give them all of my custom simply because they actually care about their customers – I get my occasional problems sorted quickly and courteously, as they know my business depends on me being on the net and able to access my database 24/7. When I purchased my first computer back in the day, it was from the national chain – but when it developed a fault after six months, they could not have been less interested, and muttered that the repair would have to be discussed with the manufacturer, and would likely take 6 – 8 weeks. As I departed the store with steam coming from my ears, one member of staff nipped up and said quietly – “go to Bioteknik in Marshwood Close – they will sort you out quickly”I did – they did – and I was sorted out with a repaired computer that same day. I have been a contented customer and fan ever since. No problem is too small or insurmountable – I cannot praise them too highly – they are just a brilliant company for this East Kent user More...
