How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is crucial to an individuals health and wellbeing. It is vital for physical and mental well-being, impacting energy, immunity, and overall health. Your diet plays such an important role in your overall health and is something which needs to be given a lot more time and effort.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most is how rewarding I find this job. After working in the pharmacy profession where medication was the answer to all health concerns and ‘quick fixes’ were the solution, I always felt incomplete and not satisfied. The satisfaction living nutrition and energy healing gives to me is indescribable and so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father who suffered with cancer and passed away six months after his diagnosis. My siblings who suffer from eczema and were given steroids throughout there life and my daughter who was also prescribed several steroids for her eczema which lead to severe steroid withdrawl and that is when I decided to find other routes and solutions to get her health back.

I have a dual role in both the conventional medication world and the holistic world.
