What do you love most about your job?
I love building websites and I enjoy working with clients. I enjoy taking a client's concept and turning it into something tangible through a website. I love seeing a client's face when they see their new website for the first time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started coding in 1998 when Google was just a twinkle in the Internet's eye. I always wanted to have my own agency and have worked very hard to build it up from nothing to a driving force within my industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
Big Red Rocket was originally formed as a boutique web development agency to work with a limited amount of professional clients. However, all great plans are subject to change and as our reputation grew, so did our client list and market sectors.
Today we are proud to work with a wide range of clients from solicitors to musicians, from accountants to e-commerce businesses, from barristers to restaurants and bars.
The growth has been down to our well-founded reputation for working hard and delivering beautifully created websites and compelling content.
As we have grown, we have kept to our core values of quality over quantity and make sure that we are never overstretched to the detriment of our existing clients.
Owing to the vast amount of our work coming through recommendation and reputation we do not employ a band of sales people or account managers. When you contact us you will speak to and be looked after the team who will be doing the work. There is no communication issue of having to go through one person to get to another. If you want to ask a question you will speak to the web designer, developer or copywriter themselves. We find it works better that way and both of us can work with accurate information and direction.
