A really decent gym with great coaches and an excellent atmosphere that caters for all levels of boxing. The sport is taken seriously here and I was made to feel part of the team from day one.
All of the lads help you to progress and get better in every session.
Unfortunately I had to move a long way from Bicester last year due to work commitments and was absolutely gutted to no longer be able to attend this club which I miss very much and would highly recommend to anyone.

Went for the first time on Wednesday for a ladies’ weightlifting and boxing session. I always imagine gyms to be really intimidating places but was put at ease as soon as I arrived. The guys on the front desk were so friendly and I was so thoroughly inducted on the weightlifting that it felt more like a PT session. Boxing class was great, was talked through the basic movements and then joined in with the rest of the group (I’m still aching). All for a fiver?! Absolutely awesome and I’m looking forward to going again. More...

A proper boxing gym with very knowledgable coaches. The gym caters for all levels, from the beginner to the pro, male and female, juniors and seniors. Has a wide range of equipment, a C.V. suite, free weights (there are also Olympic Weights classes!), bags, boxing ring etc., everything to get you into shape. Nice, friendly atmosphere too. More...
