We had a double-glazed window that had a lock which no longer engaged with the handle; the handle wouldn't move from the closed position, although the lock would turn. The guy turned up exactly on time and, after some effort, was able to resolve the problem. He was friendly and gave us some useful advice on how to maintain the windows to prevent similar occurrences in future. I would definitely use again. More...

Clean surfaces before starting work and clean when completed ask customer if anyone in the property is unwell or isolating and will only attend once the customer confirms that everyone is well and in good health
