What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people make positive changes in their lives. They come to me feeling lost, sad, angry or confused and they find someone they can talk to easily who really listens and helps them find a happier way to be.
I'm so lucky to work with all sorts of people - different ages, backgrounds, circumstances and with all sorts of problems. People are so much more resilient that they think they are - and we have fun as well as dealing with tough stuff.
I love people, and I love helping people solve their problems - it's the perfect job for me!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for some super companies and learning much, I decided to go independent in my own business. It is important to me to be true to myself, and do what I love, so after years of doing so part-time, I decided to take the big step in October 2018.
I am continually inspired by my clients, by my ongoing professional and personal development, by the eternal spark of optimism in nature and the potential we all have to lead happy and fulfilled lives.
