Simon is freakin' awesome! This week technology decided to hate me and without Simon I would be in a ball crying! On Monday I turned on my laptop to find no Microsoft. .. poof gone! No outlook, no word, no excel! I popped Simon a quick text along the lines of "What fresh hell is this" and he was straight on the phone, got remote access to my laptop and got me sorted! I use a Mac for my business, and my husband uses a PC, and he isn't by any means a computer nerd; he only uses it for certain things, and that's it. He needed help with something yesterday, and I just don't have the patience with PC's, so I rang Simon (who has helped me in the past too). He was absolutely brilliant! Very patient with my husband.
