Have been training with Beth for about 6 months now. She’s absolutely fab. So so friendly and puts you at ease straight away. I’ve been able to build back up my confidence in my training after I stopped for a while during Covid, and she helped me to ease back into it, and I feel like I can really push in the harder sessions now that my fitness is back. I create achievable and fun sessions which helps my clients keep motivated and achieve their goals. I will be checking in to see how you're getting on, and also giving you tasks in-between sessions to achieve.

I love my job because not only do I get to create such great relationships with people, I get to be with you every step of your journey. Seeing and help people achieve their goals is why I do my job. I've learnt so much about myself from helping others. I pay massive attention to mental health as much as I do physical health.

I provide most of my sessions at the moment remotely, purely due to the current circumstances. This is a 1 hour slot on Zoom with both cameras on.
I am fully insured for online sessions.

Services

My sessions are challenging but always focused on technique and growth. I focus on anything from HIIT and strength & conditioning.
I train people like I train myself; innovative, fun and challenging but with support.
My programmes are constructed with each individual client in mind. I take time to create a personal experience and work out which is tailored to my clients, and their personal ability/needs/goals.
