It’s early days yet but I’m impressed with the fact that an arranged time has been met on each of the AM calls I’ve had and the Carer is quietly helpful, instilling confidence of the patient.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff wear protective equipment and follow Covid-19 safety protocol to ensure the safety of service users.
Home Help
Our home help services for older people include help taking out the bins, dusting, hoovering, decluttering, feeding the cat and even washing and ironing. It covers all aspects of housekeeping to help you to live well in your home environment so that it remains clean, tidy and safe.
Because our Support Workers are matched to you, they will take time to get to know how you like to keep your house and make it a happy place for you to live.
This will free up valuable time and energy, so you can focus on doing the things you want to do and enjoy.
Personal Care
Having support with personal care, whether it’s help with dressing, bathing, or assistance with meals and medication, can make a big difference to your quality of life. We understand that personal care can be sensitive to each individual. That’s why our professional Support Workers are discreet and take time to build a close rapport with our clients to make sure it is a more individual and personal experience.
Different people have different needs and we adapt our personal care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Support Workers are trained to provide care with dignity and respect.
Our care and support also takes into account other things such as health conditions or the frailties associated with ageing and we can offer care at home services tailored for those living with life changing or long-term illnesses such as dementia, Parkinson’s and other conditions.
As with everything else we offer, our personal care services are tailored to you and your wishes.
Companionship
From giving you a hand with the weekly shop, accompanying you to your doctor’s appointment or to your favourite social group or event, companionship is simply being there for you or your loved one. If you need someone to make sure you’re eating healthily or just fancy popping out for lunch? No problem, our Support Workers are there for you.
Dementia Care
Whether you are living with dementia or simply requiring a little more help around the home, we can support and assist you to help you remain independent in your own home, living as fulfilled a life as possible.
Live in care
Moving into residential care doesn’t have to be the only way you can receive the care you need. At BEST2CARE we can help you remain in your own home with a live-in Support Worker residing at your home day and night.
Our live-in care supports you and is flexible around your needs:
It’s your care and you decide how many hours in the 24-hour window you need practical assistance and support. A trained Support Worker will be chosen for you based on your shared interests and hobbies to provide your 24 hour home care support. They reside in your home, day and night, and become your companion helping you and more importantly, being a familiar face and a source of company.
When your Support Worker is not working their agreed hours, they will be able to rest, sleep and take part in their normal activities.
Palliative
Our palliative care at home support (in addition to our home care services) includes:
-Symptom management
-Oral care
-Relaxation and mindfulness
-Loss, grief and bereavement advice
Alongside our palliative care, our CAREGivers also work closely with other health professionals during this time including doctors, nurses and social workers.
You can be assured that your loved one is in safe hands at this time of their life.
Cleaning services
We do cleaning too! We are passionate avout supporting those who do not have the capacity to keep their environment clean. Or those who simply don’t have enough time!
