had our wedding here on saturday and it was out this world had both out service and evening reception here the staff couldnt help us any more, our overnight room was beautiful and we could see housekeeping staff had pulled out all the stops, but a huge thank you to Duncan the ceremony master you went above and beyond to make our day special xx

We were at a sportsman dinner in the park again on 30th sept as we have been to a few in there we had another great night Duncan and his team did what they do best another great night had by all would like to thank Sammy Montieth for organising it and the park staff for making sure everyone had a great night the meal was lovely and the waiter/waitress service were great also

Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday last night at The Park Hotel with the family. In the run up to the event communication by staff was spot on and all my requirements were met .
Everyone I liaised with was so friendly and professional
Our function was held in The Camelon Suite which was a perfect size for our numbers that we were catering for. The room was tastefully decorated, tables were beautifully set and the food was amazing! The personalised menus were a lovely touch, thank you.
The service was first class, faultless and second to none!
Everyone had a top class night, raved about the food and service. Thank you so much for making it a night to remember.

We booked in for one night as attending a wedding near by. Room was good. Comfy bed and lovely bedding. Was also clean. We arrived when the lobby was very busy and when using the ladies loo it was in a bit of a state! Drainage smell and loose tiles on floor. Breakfast was served up till 10am and we arrived at 9.30 am. Felt staff were annoyed at us for turning up at this time and they were very snippy when we asked any questions. They were setting tables up for lunch and not impressed when we asked for a table for 4 as our friends were joking us. Why say you serve till 10 if you don't want people? Service did improve as I'm sure they heard my comment about feeling as though I was being told off! Staff elsewhere were very polite and helpful. More...

This place is truly amazing. We had our wedding there on 13/5/17 and it was out this world. The care they put in, in making our day special was outstanding, and nothing was to much trouble.
On the day it all went to plan, and as for the meal, it was great value, with good size portions.
Alot of hotels cut back on staff, to maximise profits, but not the Park, as the meals came out sharp, fast and was so impressed at the amount of staff on. I could go on and on, but trust me, this is a wonderful place.
The breakfast the following morning was good as well, being eat as much as you like.
PS £6 for a jug of diluting orange, slightly on the high side.
