Services

We take great pride in providing a professional Personal Care Service to individuals who are in need of specialised care in the Wiltshire-Swindon area. Our personal care service enables the clients to remain at home and still be well looked after and cared for. By providing the service that we do, our clients can still have maximum independence and can be cared for properly in the comfort of their own homes. We give all of our clients the love, care and compassion that we would give our own family.

We offer complete individual care plans, tailored to meet the individual needs and requirements of the service user. The team at Best Pinnacle Care prides itself on the level of care and dedication we put into all of our clients, and with that being said, we feel as though we should be your first point of contact when you are looking for personal care within Wilshire-Swindon. Our care plans meet the standards specified in the 2014 Care Act, to ensure that all involved with the care from service user, loved ones to social services are informed of the plan and agree with what is put in place.

Supported Living Our Supported Living Services help individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live an independent life in their own home, or alongside matched housemates in houses and flats. Our outstanding team of supported living and healthcare professionals have an excellent track record of providing flexible & high-quality support for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and a spectrum of other needs. As a supported living services client, as much or as little support can be provided by our trained staff.

We can be on hand to help the customer catch their bus each morning or even support them in organising supported holidays and days out. No matter how we can help, we always strive to encourage independence amongst our supported living services customers, allowing them to enjoy their own choice of activities while living their lives to the full and on their own terms whilst balancing their safety and autonomy.

Our outreach support service is offered to individuals and also undertaken by a small team of key workers who have been chosen because of their ability to meet the person’s needs. Our Outreach service enables people to remain in their own homes whilst still accessing the support they need to live the life they choose. Outreach support can be for any number of hours a week and can be used to give family carers a break from caring for a loved one. It also gives people a chance to have a change of scene with another familiar face. It’s an excellent way for people with learning disabilities to try something new and to develop their social skills, independence and self-confidence. We offer Outreach Services to individuals with Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health and behaviour described as Challenging. Individuals use our outreach services for specific things such as shopping, using public transport, attending social and community clubs, doing activities such as swimming, going to work or going to college. Wherever possible the same support worker attends each time.

Our respite services are built around your needs and circumstances. We want your loved ones to feel as if they have gained a friend rather than a carer for the period that we are with them and we put relationship-building at the heart of any care package. When and how often the carer pops by to lend a hand is, of course, up to the person being cared for. If it is support getting ready in the morning that’s needed, then we can be there bright and early to whip-up breakfast, help with bathing or prepare more generally for the day ahead. If it’s more medical-focused care that’s in order, your matched carer can be on hand to administer medicine, help with mobility and ensure comfort and ease.

If your loved one’s needs are greater our expert carers can, of course, be on hand 24 hours a day. We understand each individual’s situation is unique, so get in touch to see what level of care might be right for your family.

Companion service allows many older adults to live independent lives in their homes. Although their health may still be reasonably good, getting older is a part of life, and some tasks such as going shopping and cooking can become problematic or involving. Some can feel isolated and lonely as they get older due to losing loved ones or family living some distance away, who are unable to provide as much support as they would like due to leading busy lives through no fault of their own.

Live in Carers provide anything from company and friendship to assistance with personal care and household chores; a companion carer can make your life both more comfortable and more enjoyable. You’ll wonder how you ever did without them.
