AVOID - unless you like wasting your money. My apologies for a long read to all the future customers however spare a minute before you book this "company".
Unfortunately I had to post a second review as everything has gone beyond horribly wrong.
Initially a service was agreed for carpet cleaning. The works have been done questionably fast and after carpets dried there was no difference at all. Have wasted days of my time to get anything arranged for myself to get any appropriate cleaning or compensation. Their promises of a return service if we were unhappy with anything at all were never fulfilled and fake as their interest is not to provide a service to the full satisfaction for a customer but to collect money ASAP which they will continue to pester you about and disturb their customers begging for good reviews several times through several phone numbers.
Unfortunately I was left with carpets looking identical as to what they were before with £2k taken from me for their "service". Be aware that they are not afraid to say to their customers as per quoted: "If am genuinely honest this is moving towards the type of bookings I wish I never to deal with." Being in customer service myself for over 6 years I would never dare to say something like this to any customer of mine.
