Very happy with the installation of my daikin AC unit! I initially contacted best AC through their online quote form. Within a couple of days I had a full video quote done which was extremely well priced.
The following week they came to do the install. The installer arrived promptly (which I was amazed given it was likely over a 2h drive) and got straight to it. A few hours later and I'm the proud owner of a new shiny daikin AC unit. All very easy really.
The highlights for me:
1. Very slick quote process - all over video call
2. Didn't feel pressured into buying right away
3. No upfront payment - all after install
4. Turning up on schedule
5. Very tidy install; took shoes off in the house, used dust sheets, had a proper clean up after, trunking very neat and silicon-ed in, informed me when there would be loud drilling, took rubbish away
All these things may seem minor but overall they're what people care about. It leads to an extremely positive experience and will be the reason I use them again in the future.

All the Gentleman & Lady who attended our home to install not 1 but 2 Aircon/Heating units due to us being in a 3 story house the Job was alot more difficult too bedroom took 3 days and living room took 1 day but despite all the challenges they were so professionally and kept me updated with everything. Charlie, Brent, Jordan, Bryan were all fantastic and the other Gentleman and Lady who also attended were all so friendly and all interacted with my 5yr old son also. Ours was a domestic installation of three units. Brent and his crew were quick but neat and tidy with particular care taken to not cause too much dust inside the house. On departing, it was the team who realised that they could improve the installation by re-routing an electric cable. With no hesitation they turned around and unloaded their tools again in order to make the job right to their own satisfaction. Had an engineer come around to look at my oven as it was making a funny noise..he diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes. .the fan in the top oven was not working properly..he also noticed the grill had dropped and the oven lights were not working and a bulb cover had a crack in it..the parts needed to be ordered so i thought this is going to take ages..he was back in 2 days to my surprise..he fitted all the new parts within half an hour..very happy..great service..very professional..knowledgeable..polite..effeicient..can not recommend highly enough..thank you More...
