What do you love most about your job?
I believe that it is important to make others feel a sense of belonging. Coming from a counselling background I am able to truly empathise and connect with individuals on a personal level. There are individuals with no family or relatives and this can be a very lonely place for anyone, I like to know that I can make a difference to these individuals lives, whether this is providing them with emotional/physical support or just being around them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a cultural background that plays a huge part in the way I see people in the world. I believe that elderly people should be cared for in the same way they have cared for you. I have seen my mother look after my Grandma until she was on her deathbed, seeing this inspired me to help people with vulnerabilities. I understand the difficulties that elderly individuals go through on a daily basis as I have lived in this environment for most of my life. I really would like to make a change in the way vulnerable people are cared for, as I have worked in this care environment for several years I know that it is very important for a carer to able to bond with a client and develop a level of understanding. This is why I started my business very small as I believe in Quality over Quantity. Our main goal is 'CARE AND COMPASSION YOU DESERVE'.
Why should our clients choose you?
As small business starting up I have made sure to train each and every staff to the best of their abilities. Working in the sector for so many years myself, I believe one downfall that clients face is undertrained staff, because we are a small group of carers we are able to invest our time in each and every client and carer.

NO- we cannot provide our services online or remotely. As we are a Care provider our services are face to face helping clients to the best of our abilities. We provide personal level care and household services something that cannot be done online,
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During this pandemic which as been very scary for everyone especially those who are vulnerable. We provide all our staff with the correct PPE and ensure that our carers are not putting clients at risk in any way. We provide our clients with cleaning supplies as well washing uniforms every week. Sanitising and Distance is very IMPORTANT!
Our carers are all double jabbed and ready to go!
