Excellent response from Benopa & impressed to find all carers who work for this company are professional nurses. Just what I, as a trained nurse myself, want for my family member.

What do you love most about your job?
I am a Registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare industry who is running a CQC-registered domiciliary company. I am very passionate about delivering gold-standard person-centred care. I have a particular interest in Dementia, Palliative care, Multiple sclerosis and pressure ulcer prevention.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With my extensive nursing experience, I have a holistic approach to my service users and I am able to direct clients to the right Multidisciplinary professionals as required. I started my journey as a Domiciliary carer prior to my nursing training and now have over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare industry in the UK.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about gold-standard care. I am a very good communicator and eager to assist people with activities of daily living. I will be able to make appropriate referrals to the desired services due to my extensive nursing experience.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Pre-assessments are done before admission to our service. Person-centred care plans are done with the clients and these are reviewed regularly. Carers are furnished with appropriate PPE for each client. Infection control training is done annually and Infection control audits are done quarterly. Feedback is always welcome from service users, families and other professionals.
