I believe that the best workout or diet is the one that can be stuck to for a long time.

To me, that means that my programs have got to be fun, interesting, and challenging so that sticking to them is as easy as possible. By extension, that will make achieving your fitness goals as easy as possible too!

If you're willing to put in a consistent level of effort over a longer period of time, you can achieve the body of your dreams.

That's why the process has to be fun!

Who would want to be consistently miserable for any period of time, right?

That's why my programs are designed to be fun and engaging for the long haul.

It's obviously a huge cliche, but I love being able to work with people to achieve their goals. Especially if the process is fun throughout.

I love the idea of someone smiling on their journey to their goal and then smiling even bigger when they have achieved it.
