How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As a busy, working dad in my 40's I know what it's like to try and stay in shape whilst juggling a thousand other things. My no-nonsense, simple approach can help anybody get and stay in shape.
I use a combination of strength training, cardiovascular fitness with nutrition and lifestyle interventions to offer a balanced and effective wellbeing program.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and simplicity. The best program in the world isn't worth the paper it's written on if you can't stick to it. Small steps over time can add up to massive change.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching the amazement and sense of pride on someones face when they achieve something they didn't think they could do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been involved in sport, health and fitness my whole life, I love working with people and so it is naturally a great fit for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have 20 years of in the trenches experience and results and I am a real person, trying to run a business, be a dad and keep myself in shape. I know what it's like.

Yes. I do this via zoom. Sessions are 30-45 minutes long and will start with a consultation and movement screening. Sessions can then be booked at flexible times that suit you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A as it is remote training i am primarily focussed on.
