Ben is great. My partner and I go to him for PT sessions on a regular basis. He is very knowledgeable and amenable. We really enjoy our work outs with him, although they can be pretty tough! I would highly recommend.

Working with Ben is bloody hard. Which is exactly what I wanted, every session leaves me hurting and i can tell I did a proper work out. Since starting working with Ben I've been feeling better and stronger than before and the boxing side is great, amazing for fitness and great for learning how to punch properly. He's very helpful, makes sure everything is done correctly so I don't hurt myself and he's very easy to get on with. 10/10! More...
