I have had a lot of contact with the maintenance team recently due to various issues that have cropped up with my property. Shona has gone above and beyond in helping to get these issues rectified. Not only has she worked hard to liaise with the relevant contractors to get things sorted, she has also done so with the well being of the tenants at the forefront of her mind. This has enabled things to move along as quickly and efficiently as they possibly could despite complications. Belvoir are one of the best in the business. As Landlords, we have been with them for nearly 20 years. They are very helpful and accommodating and have a wealth of good tradesmen at their disposal. Reassuring for us as we live abroad. At times there have been issues with one member of staff, but these have always been resolved. We have looked at other agents in the past, but after consideration, have always chosen to remain with Belvoir. I can still see us being with them in another 20 years!! More...

We have used Belvoir in Lincoln to rent our house for 6 years now and the service has been excellent throughout. Recently we have had some unusual circumstances with the letting of our house that had to dealt with from long distance. As a landlord I have used Belvoir since 2003 and have been very happy with their service. If there has been a problem the staff have always worked hard to sort it out. Belvoir Lettings have managed our properties for nearly 6 years now. We have found them to be extremely helpful and polite, always keeping us informed of any little problems that may have arisen in the property and because we live abroad, have handled any repairs/replacements etc. They have also sold a property for us (within 2 weeks of advertising it), and kept us in touch with the sale progression - more than the solicitor did!
