Simply flawless service from everyone at Belvoir Stafford.I initially rented my property through Goodchilds in Stafford. As they were taken over from Belvoir Wolverhampton, the Goodchilds Stafford branch closed and my property was taken over by Goodchilds in Rugeley but managed by Belvoir Wolverhampton. As it became apparent it was a recipe for disaster. No regular inspections were carried out and now that my tenant moved out, both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton are denying any knowledge of the property. As a result, my old tenant cannot get his deposit back and I haven’t been given any payment for works required on the house as he moved out. Naturally, they don’t reply to e-mails and all phone calls have proved fruitless.On the bright side, I came in contact with staff at Belvoir Stafford. Literally the day before I was due to deploy for 4 months Adrian, the agency manager Adrian, booked me in for a chat (on his day off!) to see if there was anything he could do to help. Without any pressure, he explained what services he could provide and it became apparent that both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton had failed in many areas within the agreement I had with them...too many to list to be honest! Following a really informative conversation with Adrian, my wife and I agreed to allow Belvoir Stafford to start looking after our property. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The house was put on the market straight away, they contacted my current tenant to gain access to the property in order to assess if any works were required. Within a couple of weeks, they gave us a list of jobs which would allow the property to be more competitive on the letting market, they provided us with competitive quotes and as we accepted them, they got them all completed within a week, a few days ahead of schedule! They booked at least twenty viewing within about two weeks and we now have a new tenant moving in a few days. In addition, they gave their time to listen to my wife’s concerns as she carried on struggling with Goodchilds and Wolverhampton Belvoir. They offered her advice and moral support throughout when they were not obliged to. It was of great relief for myself as I am currently working away and had to leave my wife to deal with it all. I would wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir Stafford to everyone letting a property in the area and please don’t be confused, they have nothing to do with Belvoir Wolverhampton or Goodchilds. Finally, I take this opportunity to pass my genuine thanks to Adrian, Carol, Sandra and Susan. They delivered much more than they promised and nowadays it is refreshing to see a team so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction! More...

I've had excellent service from Belvoir! from start to finish. Despite having issues with our property, Belvoir! were quick and courteous in their response. I have been a customer of Belvoir! for two years now and was previously with a different agent that I was not happy with. However my housemates and I were so impressed with Belvoir!'s service that they were the only agency that we wished to rent with for our final year at Warwick University.

Both my years with Belvoir! have been a pleasure. There door is always open for a cup of tea and a chat. Should I choose to rent in the private sector in the future it will certainly be with Belvoir!

P.S. Bit of advice: all of their student properties seem to go pretty quickly so go in as early as possible More...

Nothing but great things to say about the guys at Belvoir. Was shown around the apartment by John and Mia on the Thursday and on the Friday morning I was at Belvoir getting the paperwork done.

The whole team was friendly and welcoming and the vibe is really good; they honestly make you feel at home. I haven't dealt with a letting agent since uni and didn't have a great opinion on letting agents. Admittedly I still don't have a great opinion of letting agents but I view Belvoir as the sole exception! They are honest, upfront, down to earth and so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Belvoir.

The service was so good and transparent that if I look to buy in the area in the future, my first port of call will be Belvoir.

Well! From the moment I looked in the window, realised it was shut and a beautiful lady, Amy, came to the door and said come in any way and took my details and helped me, I realised it wasn't your average estate agents. I wanted to rent my place out for the first time. Lovely Conor has been wonderful at communicating all the necessary info I needed and more. They took real pride in finding the right people to rent my house. Dapper John did the most wonderful real time film and commentary on my house too. When I have gone in to sign paper work the atmosphere is professional but warm and friendly. They are respectful and genuine. An estate agents with a difference in that they have a buzz about them, like they love their job and it makes you feel secure and happy that they are doing their best for landlords and tenants.
