Believers Healthcare cared for my husband Ted during the last months of his life until he was taken into a hospice. Bernard visited every day, prompt at the time allocated, and was incredibly patient and kind to my husband. A bond grew between them and at times when I could not get him out of bed or to even sit up, Bernard arrived and gently and kindly got him up and even into the shower. He oversaw the medication Ted had to take, bathed him and dressed him and even persuaded him to eat a little breakfast. Being at the service of people and seing that i am making a different in the society
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be part of a change that i want to see by supporting people in their prefer place of choice i.e. at home.
To be more flexible and independent in what I do.

I am a qualified staff nurse with many years of working in Hospital and District Nursing Team (NHS). I ensure that Believers Healthcare staff are well trained to provide excellent, compassionate care to clients. This has been demonstrated time and again as you can see on the review. I work with you and for you.

Domiciliary care is handson service which cannot be done remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff have had Covid - 19 vaccination. Infection prevention and control is a mandatory training to Believers Healthcare staff. We also have online and face to face training on infection prevention and control. We ensure that we put on Personal Protective Equiptment all the time prior to seeing our clients.
Services
We are a CQC regulated.
Most of our staff are qualified staff nurses. We are highly trained with full package of Care Certificate, including dementia and frailty care.
