About

Being there counselling provides mental health and emotional support for young persons and adults. You don't have to walk alone. With my training and experience in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology and coaching, I am committed to supporting you through life's journey, no matter what stage you are.
I see clients not through categorisation or label but in an open minded, non dogmatic manner.
I do not have the all the answers but I can support you in putting the pieces of life puzzles together through our therapeutic relationship.
My techniques are tailored toward my client's unique needs and modalities include existential integrative, behavioural and phenomenological.
Areas of counselling I deal with are:
Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self esteem, loss, death anxiety, meaninglessness, loneliness, sexuality, self harm to name a few.
