Had prompt contact from this company after posting the job on line. Discussed requirements with Ugo, who was polite, courteous and helpful. Pricing was agreed and names of the cleaners were sent a day before. The cleaners came 10 minutes early to look around to see what needed doing.
One started upstairs and the other one in the kitchen. After about 3 hours they said they were finishing and to check with them if we were happy. We realised that some of the things were not cleaned as per the check list. Bathroom tiles not cleaned, curtain rails not cleaned, hoovering and mopping not done together with few other things. However, as soon as this was brought to their attention, they cleaned the items without any fuss. It took them another hour to put things right. The cleaners were polite and courteous at all times.
In my opinion, they worked haphazardly and although they have a list of what they are supposed to be cleaning, this was not used. Having said that, the areas that were cleaned , were cleaned properly.
I think it will be beneficial for the company to train their cleaners to clean systematically and to use the Deep Clean Tick List which they can show the client what they have done and therefore there is no animosity. More...
