They provided care for both my parents. They were great at the job but what makes them truly unique is that they felt more like caring friends or part of the family than an agency. They were flexible, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. It wasn't really necessary to explain everything that needed doing as they just seemed to know and used their own initiative. Because we Care helped us to look after my Dad towards the end of his life. He trusted Fiona to look after him, and his eyes lit up when she arrived. From taking him out for lunch, and helping Mum with any task, right through to gentle and respectful personal care in his final days, I cannot recommend too highly their service and genuine, personal attention.
