What makes a great website?
Depends on the business and service offering. For products, the site needs to be clean and easy to navigate, showcasing the products, benefits, any reviews and price. Strong SEO and under-friendly functionality. For service based businesses, professionalism and credibility are important. Take the viewer on a journey and sell your story, include strong case studies as proof.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are you looking to achieve? Are you a new or existing business? Need to understand the market and the target audience. The competition, who is the market leader? What's your point of difference?
Describe your creative process.
Having worked in advertising for over 25 years, the easiest and most productive process is to listen and talk to the client. Information is key and the more we know the more informed we'll get of the challenge.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Timeframe. When the work is needed by. If they're prepared to share the budget to manage expectations. Again, comes down to the product or service and because every project is different, we don't have a one size fits all so we'll understand more about what we need once we've had an initial conversation.
What do you love most about your job?
Apart from the never-ending buzz that comes with finding new and compelling ways to tell often complex stories, we love hearing the reactions of our clients when they realise the difference top-level advertising can bring. The general response has been “I never knew I was that good”. And to us, that really is worth its weight in gold.

Our clients tell us we’re good people to work with, so we prefer to meet you face to face. However, thanks to the wonders of modern technology, the vast majority of our services we provide are delivered remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Like most businesses we have switched to remote working during the pandemic and are happy to arrange Zoom/Teams/Google meetups.
