Home & Domiciliary Care

The service was prompt, detailed and of a high standard

6 January 2023

From my first contact with Tracy (the company owner) I felt as if was speaking to someone who really cared! I needed temporary care for my Mum while my husband and I had a well needed break. We hadn't had to use the service before as I had coped with Mum myself. However poor mum is showing signs of dementia and I can't leave to take tablets on her own. The carer, Lizzy came in every morning, bringing a newspaper with her and making sure her tablets were taken safely. She would make sure Mum had breakfast and made a cup of tea. She popped to the shop some days, if anything else was needed. Lizzy has a lovely caring personality and Mum enjoyed her daily chat. I was so happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use them again. Tracy is always happy to chat and is very compassionate. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about dealing with dementia. More...

Home & Domiciliary Care

This care agency is amazing! I am a nurse of 39 years and I was keen that my dad received help from people that really cared and provided company and holistic care, rather than quick visits to do the physical tasks required.
The owner and registered care manager visited with myself, my brother and my dad to meet my dad and understand his needs. They stayed at least 90 mins and did not rush us. A careplan was then jointly agreed, he had another visit so that the prospective carers could be introduced to him and he has now had his first week of input. The approach is totally professional and the carers are kind, patient and reliable. As part of his care package someone also walks his dogs daily which is amazing and pleases my dad and the dogs no end. Nothing is too much trouble. We can see how he has been on his digital record and communication between the agency and us has been timely and excellent. It has been great to see my dad laughing again and chatting with the carers. He already seems happier and that has taken a lot of worry from my family. I cannot recommend this agency enough if you want peace of mind and excellent care.

Home & Domiciliary Care

We have been very pleased with the care services provided by Beaumont Home Care.

From the initial contact my family and I had a really good feeling about Beaumont Home Care. The meeting with my 99 yo Mum went really well, Tracy was patient and listened to Mum taking her comments on board. From then on Mum has had nothing but praise for her 'visitors' who help her every day to be independent in her own home. So glad we found them. Would recommend their services to anyone who needed wonderful care by people that really do care. More...

Hi my name is Micaela I am an employee of Beaumont home care I've been working for the company for just under a month now so I'm very new. But I wanted to say that I have never worked for a company that cares so much for not only their customers but their employees. Tracy and Jenna have guided me through everything I needed to know and put me through really helpful and extensive training to ensure that I would thrive in the position I am in. They are incredibly helpful and are always around to guide me and offer me help and advise when I need it. I would 110% recommend Beaumont home care to anyone looking for carers as well as any care workers looking for a job with a company that supports you and helps you grow and develop. More...

Having Beaumont Home Care start caring for my mum has been a life saver. We had been struggling to care for my mum on our own for the past year and Jenna and our carer have been so kind and caring we don’t know what we would do without them now. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Beaumont Home Care enough. They are a family owned care company who genuinely care about the people they care for and nothing is too much trouble. My dad was very hesitant about accepting help at the beginning but he now looks forward to his carer visiting every other day and we have seen such a difference in him. Thank you to everyone at Beaumont Home Care. More...

Q&As

We honestly believe that staying within the familiarity of your own home is at the heart of everyone's wellbeing and know that many people wish to remain in their own homes for the rest of their lives, or alternatively for as long as possible.

We have seen people's lives be transformed by just accepting that little bit of help and support and it gives us so much pleasure to see the difference we make in the lives of those we care for and their families.

Following my own personal experience, Beaumont Home Care was founded after seeing a need for outstanding care within the Essex community for adults and the elderly, and for those with complex care needs.

We are a private, independent and family owned company who are able to provide an outstanding level of personalised care that is unrivalled by many larger companies. Put simply, it's our people who make us different! Our team are knowledgeable, caring, friendly, professional and efficient. Our promise is to treat you, as you would like to be treated with care, honesty, professionalism and respect.

No - due to the nature of the service we provide we are unable to provide our services online or remotely.

All our Care Professionals are provided with full PPE (gloves, masks, aprons, visors, shoe coverings, sanitizer etc) and are given full training and guidance on how to use these safely and effectively.

Elderly care is all about helping you live happily and safely in the comfort of your own home. Our team of care professionals are here to make your life easier. We can help with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, provide mobile support, and even assist with healthcare needs such as taking medication. Plus, we’re great companions for days out!

Dementia care involves a comprehensive and person-centered approach that considers the individual’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. It focuses on maintaining independence, promoting engagement and fostering a sense of purpose for individuals living with dementia. Our dementia care services can include various forms of assistance, such as personal care, medication management, cognitive stimulation, emotional support, safety and supervision, meal preparation and companionship.

Our dementia care involves working closely with families, healthcare professionals and other support networks to ensure a coordinated and holistic care experience.

We understand that it can be an unsettling time when daily living routines such as personal hygiene, dressing and bathing become a struggle. It can be difficult to accept help with personal care from our loved ones, particularly those with more intimate or clinical needs.

All our care professionals are highly trained in providing personal care including assisting with moving and positioning, supporting with medication, mealtime support, helping with bathing or showering and continence care. We can also provide support with more clinical personal care activities such as catheter and stoma care, helping you to live your best life at home.

At Beaumont Home Care we understand that everyone is unique, and our care professional will take the time to get to know you and will build a trusted relationship to ensure that your care and support is personal to you and carried out in the way you want, to assist your independence.

With our companionship care and support we go above and beyond basic care. Our care professionals are here to provide companionship that matters, a smiling face, and a listening ear, whether it be sharing a warm cup of tea, accompanying you to doctor visits, or going out for a leisurely lunch. Our carers will spend time with you participating in activities that you enjoy. From baking cakes, playing cards, to going for a walk, we ensure that the time spent with our care professionals is always an enjoyable experience. Companionship contributes to a better quality of life, can aid recovery and improves mental health.

Requiring complex and specialist care does not mean having to compromise your living arrangements.

Specialist home care, also referred to as complex care, is tailor-made assistance provided to those living with an on-going health condition or a new diagnosis. With the help of Beaumont’s specialist home care team, a custom-made approach is adopted to ensure both the needs and wants of the client will not only be met but surpassed.

In the past, a hospital or nursing home would have been the only option available for specialist care, but it is now common practice for individuals to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, which is why many families now are opting for specialist home care services.

Our committed team of specialised home care experts offer an unrivalled service, and we firmly believe that having a specialist condition shouldn’t impair anybody’s wellbeing, and we will make every effort to help each and every client lead an independent and rewarding life.

Our care professionals can offer help and support for:

Bathing, showering and support with oral care
Getting dressed
Continence care
Repositioning in bed (with or without equipment)
Managing a stoma/ catheter bag
Medication assistance and administration
Tracheostomy care
Companionship and emotional support.

Our team of care professionals are not just highly trained; they’re specialised in making life at home more manageable and enjoyable. With specialised training in dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s care to advanced clinical support such as catheter and stoma care, our staff receive their knowledge from medical experts and undergo consistent checks to ensure their skills remain up to date.

What sets our service apart is our emphasis on a bespoke approach. We match our care professionals with clients based on not only skill set but also personality and individual characteristics. This ensures that our home care services are not just proficient but also highly personalised, enabling our clients to enjoy a fulfilling life in the comfort of their own home.

While the primary carer is away on holiday or on a well-deserved break, our respite care professionals provide short-term care coverage for a person to receive care in the comfort of their own home.

We can also offer short-term care to everyone, from illnesses, accidents, and post-operative rehabilitation – we are here and ready to help.

A variety of healthcare problems, including complex care, can be supported by our respite carers. We recognise the critical importance of care routines for people with diseases such as dementia. Our respite care professionals are qualified to assist them in maintaining the routine that they are comfortable with.

Our respite care professionals can either live in your house and provide round-the-clock assistance or they can simply drop by on a regular basis. Our respite home care service is entirely customised to the needs of the client.

Choosing Beaumont Home Care for live-in care means choosing a trusted and reliable provider that is committed to delivering exceptional care and support. Our team of highly trained and compassionate live-in care professionals are experienced in providing live-in care services, ensuring that the individuals we care for receive personalised and comprehensive support in the comfort of their own home.

Beaumont Home Care can assist with everything from routine housework, cooking, and companionship to personal care and more specialised needs. We have an exceptionally dedicated live-in care team available ready to provide round-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, companionship, and more.

When faced with the realisation that one or both of you needs additional support, it can be a worrying time for you and your family. Perhaps one of you is becoming too frail to care adequately and safely for the other, or one of you is living with a condition such as dementia or Parkinson’s or requires care following a stroke or with cancer. We know from our experience the overriding concern for couples in this situation is that they will be separated if they go into a residential care home and will no longer have the privacy and choice you are used to.

Live-in care is fast becoming the preferred alternative for those who need care and support, but do not want the upheaval and disruption that moving out of a much-loved family home into residential care brings.

Staying at home means that you can remain in the comfort of your own home, live life on your own terms, keep to you own routines and be surrounded by all the people and things you love. It may also mean that you are able to continue to enjoy the companionship of a cherished furry friend.

Live-in care for couples is a specialised service provided by Beaumont Home Care that allows couples to receive comprehensive care and support while remaining together in the comfort of their own home. Our care professionals are trained to provide personalised care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Whether one or both individuals require assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, mobility support or companionship our care professionals are there to provide round-the-clock care.

At Beaumont Home Care we understand the unique needs and dynamics of couples requiring care. Our experienced care professionals are trained to provide personalised care that caters to the individual needs of each client within the couple. Our compassionate staff create a nurturing environment that promotes well-being and happiness for both individuals, whilst also being mindful to give privacy.

With Beaumont Home Care, you can trust that you and your partner will receive the highest level of care, allowing you to continue enjoying your lives together.

Our dedicated team of care professionals work through the night so that you can feel safe, cared for and supported by either of our ‘Sleeping Night’ service or our ‘Waking Night’ service.

Whether you’re elderly, under the weather, or just in need of extra help during the night, our overnight care is here for you. From medication reminders to bathroom assistance, or simply a reassuring presence, we make nights easier and safer.

We know how crucial it is for you or your loved one to feel secure and well-supported at home, regardless of the hour. That’s why our expert care professionals are on hand to offer overnight care, customised to your specific needs. Whether you require a sleep-in service or a waking night service, our flexible overnight options ensure you get the care and peace of mind you deserve.

Sleeping Night - With our sleeping night service your professional carer sleeps in your home for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required. This option is suitable if you do not require regular support throughout the night but feel safer knowing that someone is close by. If assistance is required more than twice during the night, this would then be considered as a waking night.

Waking Night - With our waking night service your care professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or a loved one wakes several times during the night and requires care or support and is there at your side as and when you need them to provide a high level of expert support.
