Bobby recently completed our single storey extension across the whole back of our house. As we are not originally from the area we didn't know any builders to complete our work. We were let down by a few and in the end I came across Bobby via his facebook page. I could see from his work and previous reviews that he had carried out similar work. After contacting Bobby, he came back immediately and offered a home visit to go through the plans and obtain a quote. We decided a few weeks later to proceed with him and I can say that thank god we did! During the whole build he was contactable and easy to communicate with, we knew at every step of the build where we were and what the plan was. Every day when we came back home the place was left clean and tidy and clear progress had been made on the build. As we were so impressed with his attention to detail we ended up asking him to complete some internal works alongside the extension including complete reconfiguration of our downstairs, full kitchen fit and new internal doors - all of which have been done with so much care and attention. The finishing touches are of a very high standard. Overall Bobby made what could have been a stressful experience, a very enjoyable one and would certainly use him for any additional projects we undertake. Thanks Bobby! More...

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
All garages have the potential to be converted. It’s more of a question as to what you’d like your conversion to be.

First thing with a garage conversion is insulation, making it warm and efficient.
Next is adapting to the clients needs wether it be a bathroom or extra sleeping space getting all the first fix plumbing and electrics ready and in place for the final stages of decor.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
All lofts have the potential to be converted. Usually no planning is need either so a nice and easy way to add value and space to your property.

First stages of a loft conversion are opening up the roof and maximising the existing floor space. Dormers are the best way to do this.

I’ve been in the building trade for 13 years starting when I left school working my way up to starting my own company in 2016.
