Very helpful and professional. Was provided with all necessary documents for disposal of asbestos cemented tiles. Due to a miscommunication between them and roofer they covered the extra roofing costs so I wasn't left out of pocket.

I contacted BCA Contracts to examine a wall in my porch which had a decorative plaster covering damaged by water ingress which I wanted testing for asbestos. I was assured that one of their operatives would be in touch shortly which proved accurate. After an email conversation, he came out to take a sample of the damaged plaster for testing. We suspected we had asbestos in the artex coatings on the stairs and in the cellar so we contacted BCA contracts limited.
Patrick returned my enquiry very quickly, arranged a visit to take samples and advise.
The situation was explained and samples taken in a professional manner and a solution offered if the need arose.
The whole process was professional and reassuring at the same time and in my opinion very reasonably priced for the services provided.

Prior to carrying out work in my flat I was advised to have it checked for asbestos. I did a little research on google and BCA seemed to be competitive on price.
I contacted them and my enquiry was answered within a couple of days by Patrick and the visit was arranged shortly thereafter. The technician that came was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and made it an easy experience. I received my report within a few days and am reassured to know for certain that we can do the works safely.

Domestic customer.
I could not recommend this company enough, especially Ryan who was essentially my sole point of contact.
Whilst it could be easy reading up on BCA Contracts on their website about the large scale industrial/nuclear work they carry out, that my 'small domestic enquiry' would dwarf their workload and not be worth taking on - it just wasn't the case. Ryan attended site to carry out testing on a few occasions, and we really talked over the different options of what to leave/manage and what to remove. Ryan really worked with me on the cost and looked at different ways/options to achieve value for money. You wouldn't think someone could be so enthusiastic about their work when it includes removing asbestos, but Ryan clearly has a passion for it and does it well.

This company so far will continue to be my first port of call for surveys, testing and removal.10/10 -

When we had a new roof on our building in Audnam some of the old Artex on a ceiling was dislodged. Looking to have this checked for asbestos we found BCA on the internet and they were very local to us. They came out the same day, took samples and gave advice. We had the asbestos soil pipe to our upstairs toilet removed and replaced with a plastic one by Black Country Asbestos Contracts Limited on 25th August 2021. We had contacted 3 companies and chose BCA Contracts because they gave us helpful advice when we made the initial enquiry, agreed to manage the whole job and aimed to do it in one day which was very important to us. They remove the asbestos but engage appropriate companies to install the replacement.
They arrived on time at 9.30am and, wearing the required protective clothing and breathing apparatus, removed the asbestos soil pipe and took it away in sealed bags placed inside a van. We were later given a copy of the Hazardous Waste Disposal Regulations Consignment Note showing the details of its disposal.
Following the installation of the new soil pipe remedial work necessary to the outer and inner cavity wall, including the replacement of tiles, was carried out to a high standard.
By 5.30pm all evidence of the work that had been done, internally and externally, had been cleaned up.
We have no reservations in recommending Black Country Asbestos Contracts Limited to any individual, company or county council requiring such services. More...
