I really enjoyed working with Myles on a couple of projects. One was a review of the technical fabrics available to improve our core product, another was more of an "engineering" project - working out initial concepts for a novel suction device from initial sketches to early stage 3D printed prototypes. All design and development can be handled remotely. With online CAD sharing / viewing and next day delivery on in-house developed prototypes, design has never been so quick and efficient.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By reducing the number of in person meetings, I have actually managed to increase contact with clients with more regular video calls. All prototypes are thoroughly cleaned before shipping.
