I came here due to being forced by the job centre and it ended up being unnecessary. However, for the building itself, it's a nice building in Corby but it's not easily accessible by public transportation and it's a bit of a walk to get here. There's plenty of parking available and I have noticed the building was very modern and clean. It's got multiple offices and you enter via the intercom which is not accessible for deaf people. What do you love most about your job?
Our domiciliary care service helps people all over the country from all walks of life to live more independent and happy lives. We actively encourage the discovery of new skills and interests, supporting individuals in the community in homes they may already rent or own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming from a nursing background, I wanted to pursue my passion for helping others whilst being able to create a balance with family life. My hope was to improve the life f others and become an expert in the field delivering the best service to our clients/service users.
Why should our clients choose you?
Nothing speaks as loud as continuously executing at a high level. We have a well established service delivery process and are adaptable to each of our client's needs. We provide good work, exceptional service and seek to establish a professional long-term relationship with our clients. We get it done. We care about the work we do and adhere to all regulations as set out by CQC and other government guidelines.

We predominately provide our services face to face but we can offer advice, support and assistance online/remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In those situations, use as many prevention strategies as you can, such as practicing hand hygiene, consistently and correctly wearing a high-quality mask and other relevant personal protective equipment, improving ventilation, and ensuring regular testing of our staff.

We support clients with bathing, showering, continence needs, hair washing, makeup and all duties associated with supporting personal hygiene and well-being.
Companionship
Our service recognises the need for our clients to have some social time outside of the home or someone to just sit and have a chat with.
Either way we are here to support you and should you need to go out with staff, we have adequate insurance in place to be able to provide this service.
Nutrutional Needs
We pride ourselves in the ability to ensure that our clients' nutritional and hydration needs are met. This is done by way of ensuring that our clients are receiving a healthy balanced diet and are supported with fresh meal preparation and support with shopping.
Hospital Assessments
We can complete assessments in the hospital to support you in getting back to your home as quickly and safely as possible, this includes rehab care which can be decreased over time.
