Liz does such a great job of looking after me and my hair which is difficult to manage. I have a chronic illness which can make getting my hair done exhausting and painful but Liz takes enormous care and ensures that the cut is manageable for my condition.

Best hairdresser! I've never been to a hairdresser who can get highlights so close to the root, making the colour last much longer and with organic products. With the added plus of being able to have your nails done at the same time as having your hair done, saving time. Fabulous! More...

Liz is a rare breed of hairdresser - she combines perfectly the art of listening to what YOU want together with giving her professional advice on what will work (or won’t work! ) on your hair. I think everyone (female, male and child) should go to Liz at least once because you’ll never need to go anywhere else once you have. She’s personable, professional and brilliant at what she does. If you are thinking of trying organic colour I cannot recommend Liz highly enough. I have long dark hair and since Liz has been using her organic colour range on it I notice that my hair needs washing less, the colour remains vibrant and that my greys show through at a much slower rate. The organic colour range is gentle on my skin with no harshness. I read an article on just how many chemicals are present in traditional hair colourants and I really wanted to steer away and take the organic approach. Luckily Liz had opened her salon in Penn Hill and being local I didn't have to search far to find her! I have only seen upsides to switching my hairdresser to Barnet and Belle. Liz is a genius with hair colour and cutting and her personal bespoke service is really second to none. She has never failed to deliver on quality every time I have visited her salon. With luxurious surroundings, Neals Yard fragrance filling the room, a range of fruit teas, tea or cafetire of coffee Liz really looks after you and you leave having had a five star treatment. I was a little nervous trying a new salon having been going to my previous hairdresser for over 20 years, but I’m so glad that I did! Liz and her team made me feel so welcome and looked after me really well. I’ve been having my hair coloured for many years and have become increasingly worried about the nasty chemicals used, especially as in recent years my hair has started to thin a little. Liz uses all organic products and after only one visit, my hair already looks and feels healthier. Liz took the time to listen to what I wanted and I was thrilled with both the colour and the cut.
