I contacted Billy and he responded ipso facto, he knew my boiler may have serious problems and he told me what to do before he could make it to my place. he came days before I had booked with him. thanks Billy it was cold. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. I was expecting any of this trade people who tell you better change the whole system, the windows, the floors, your car is leaking blah blah.. he didn't, problem found, problem fixed it. excellent price. highly recommended. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ 100% RECOMMENDED ⭐️ Billy quickly realised we had problems with our dated boiler during a service and discussed numerous options and advice on what would be best for us, including repair or replacement. There was no push towards either option from Billy, however he gave us all the info needed to make an informed decision. We decided on a replacement and Billy had us booked in for replacement within 3 days of the initial service date, which was the week of Christmas! He kept us informed on each stage, from his initial visit to boiler being ordered and then to confirm he had collected it and was on his way. I would highly recommend Barclay Gas services. Our boiler was condemned on Monday and a new one fitted and set up on Thursday. Very helpful and keeping me updated on what was happening, as it did not turn out to be an easy job, from finding a gas leak to having an airlock somewhere in the system, then getting all the radiators to work properly and showing me how to using the thermostat properly and clearing up after. The service this guy gave was absolutely outstanding boiler condemned on the Wed and he had a new one fitted and all setup by the Friday came home from work and you wouldn't even know he had done a boiler change over he even came back to show me how to work the wireless control panel very pleasant to deal with and could not have helped me anymore if he tried well one happy customer 😊😊😊100% recommend
