On time, pleasant and happy to talk through process. Brought all own equipment. As discussed, job took about two hours start to finish.
Would use again. Carpet not dry yet, but all looks stain free which was the reason for the specialist clean.

Barbara was AMAZING! Had a nightmare as we’ve inherited my auntie’s dog and she keeps weeing on the carpet. I put a plea out in the evening she got straight back to me and she was at my house within the week. The smell has gone. The carpet is spotless. I was so impressed.
