What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to help brands realise their potential. As a consultant I can work with so many different industries so I am no longer constrained by just one market sector. It is really satisfying to be able to take the years of experience and knowledge and use this to help develop and grow some ones business and at the same time learn new things.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending nearly 2 decades working with some of the most influential and globally recognized brands I realized how needed my skills were in so many different industries. I had already helped some small companies and creating Ballistica was a natural step. I really want to help businesses of all sizes make a difference and am excited to work brands who understand that putting the consumer at the center of their business proposition is key to success.

I am not a career consultant. I have held multiple positions as both Product Director, Brand Director and Commercial Director for companies which are the top brands in their field. I understand the intricacies of branding, product management, business strategy manufacturing and product development, all through real life projects and products. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All services can be provided remotely however some such as looking at manufacturing process and looking at retail partners and distribution benefit massively from in person meetings.
Generally in person meetings for an initial appointments when starting a project are more productive however these can also be undertaken remotely. We are happy to do onsite visits across multiple days if required and all work can be discussed to find the best method for you. We aim to be non invasive and disruptive at all times to your business.
