We had our first, but definitely not our last, Sunday Roast delivered today… it was absolutely delicious! My daughter is a vegetarian and struggles to find tasty roasts, but this meal had thumbs up. I cannot recommend enough!!!

Chose the Sri Lankan pork curry with all the trimmings (flatbread and pol sambol) last night. Arrived piping hot and bang on time - cheerfully delivered by the chef himself. All items clearly freshly prepared and in generous portions and tasted great. The curry and the sambol in particular, both having an excellent depth of flavour. Never had chips like it just amazing. Peppercorn sauce oozing with flavour and the side of green beans cooked to perfection. Cannot fault the service. What’s your signature dish?
I love cooking South East Asian inspired dishes as well as BBQ food.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By understanding what the client & their guests want. I can use my experience to advise but ultimately I'm creating a menu for the client & their party.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking different style cuisines everyday. Meeting new people. Bringing people together through food. Doing what I can to help the client create life long memories of their event by ensuring everyone has a brilliant meal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lockdown 1.0! I found myself without a job and a massive craving to cook for people. It turns out there's a demand for an experienced chef to come and cook for your guests and so far I'm loving every minute of it!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a good listener and that helps to understand what it is the client is looking for. I also understand that my responsibility doesn't just end with the food. I'm partly responsible to ensure the whole occasion goes smoothly. I live locally and rely on reputation & word of mouth.

We're able to cater for small intimate family meals as well as large gatherings of friends & loved ones with multiple dishes and courses.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to fillet & cook a piece of fish or make a whole chicken feed a family of 4 over 2 meals? Chef at Home covers a wide range of cookery skills from butchery of whole animals to pasta making and everything in between.
