Blerim and his colleague worked very hard and efficiently for the entirety of the job, always keeping me informed & all my questions answered. They arrived on time every morning. Also did our plumbing for new taps for the bathtub. When called, he immediately attended to a problem. We had our old boiler fully replaced installing a new Bosch Greenstar 8000 combi boiler. They helped with checking the radiators and also with setting the Nest E thermostat. The result looks fantastic and the boiler works perfectly fine! I used BSPlumbing to install a new boiler more than a year ago and the service was fantastic, i.e. very friendly team, they explained everything I needed to know during the installation. They installed the boiler in a very efficient manner so really did a great job overall. My boiler needed to be serviced, so I decided to use them again. They kept me updated of their time of arrival, did a great job in servicing my boiler, were still very friendly as last time and answered any questions I had. Blerim came out as soon as possible and fitted a new lpg boiler for us he was extremely helpful and advised the whole time the process and any issues that were there he corrected I can’t recommend him and his team enough left everything clean tidy and after a bad experience with a previous engineer he made us feel safe and did all the checks and insured everything was fit for purpose before leaving and leaving everything tidy and clean even when it was raining outside wouldn’t go anywhere else now!!! Absolutely amazing team. My case was quite complex in the sense that I spent 5 months looking for a company which is trustworthy and reasonably priced! There are too many contractors nowadays who will overcharge people for a terrible job! You won’t face this with BS Plumbing. Blerim patiently and on several occasions explained the scope of work. He was always available to go over any points requiring clarification by phone or by email. He doesn’t cut corners and I appreciated his commitment towards ensuring his work complied with the latest regulations. Despite price increase on materials , Blerim had honoured his original quotation. He also kindly offered to install our new washing machine and install new copper pipe work in certain areas at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this company. Tim & Blerim (forgive me if I spelt that wrong) are an outstanding team. They overcome all challenges in the most professional, calm and entertaining way, all the while ensuring you the customer fully understand what is going on, they also encourage questions and observation, this is the level of their confidence in their work. I ordered a new boiler from Heatable, who could have been more cooperative with these folks, and it had to be relocated based on findings identified when these guys turned up. This greatly increased their workload and yet they still delivered an outstanding setup complete with all the other work involved with such a large job. We kept these lads on a diet of fish and chips and that seemed to go down well :). You folks are my new heating and plumbing engineers, our family thank you very much for overcoming all the obstacles we observed in your way, impeccable work ethics and eye for detail were impressive, the pipe work is art, you can really see the difference when folks genuinely love their craft and care about the work they perform inside other peoples homes. Blerim came to service our boiler 2 weeks ago but couldn't because of gas leaking from the cooker hob, the hob had to be replaced. Ordered a new hob and Blerim returned this morning and installed the hob - no gas leak. He was able to service the boiler, checked the radiators and answered all our questions. As heating engineer to do this job first you should love job and have really good knowledge what is involved , try to resolve issue when it comes to solve problem , and I can deal with all this and that is why I love to do this job and serve customers with my service.

What inspired you to start your own business?
To give customers 100 % satisfaction towards job , and make sure before we leave customers house we would like to know if is everything OK and explain how system works etc.
As per our view whe it comes to treat customers I like to be honest , treat them fairly not overpriced with job but we always to be good on price and affordable towards customers so that's mean we can make bit easy to them

Customers if they prefer to do video calling we can do that , and also we can answer to all questions they can ask and we will try to answer on the best possible way just to give accuatanswer , if we cannot solve problem over the phone then what we can do it we can visit the property and then we will try to resolve issue then
