What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to get involved as a key element of exciting businesses by offering a service to SMEs which only large and suvccessful corporates usually use.

Over 25 years of being trusted by highly succesful entrepreneurs who have built and sold their businesses with me by their side and made cumulatively over £200m in doing so.

Yes. I do not need to work face to face with clients. I have dealt with a variety of client requirements without ever meeting the clients in person. As I mainly work on consensual agreements, I can draft remotely and everything can be paperless if required, using electronic signatures.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work remotely and hold calls and videoconferences using Zoom, Teams and telephone calls. All documents generatred are stored in the cloud in a secure environment which is password-protected. I do not require face to face conteact to fulfill instructions for clients.
