A newly registered Home Care services with fully trained and vetted staff.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All Equipments are supplied by the service users. However, staff are supplied with full PPE when visiting Clients' homes.
What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to make positive contributions to enable our clients to live a fulfilled life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to be able to offer support and care to vulnerable adults and Children in the society. Understanding that give the right support that is personal to the service user, they live a fulfilled life.

The registered manager is a qualified nurse with years of experience in general nursing and adult care.
In house Pharmacists who are able to provide advice on medication and attend care managers meeting.
Trained and fully Vetted Care staff who are given adequate supervision and support.
Offsite support for staff whilst they are in service users' home.
Robust Complaints and Feedback service to ensure that we continue to meet our clients' changing needs and address all complaints expeditiously.

This depends on Client Requirements as we believe that individual needs are different.
However, we can arrange call in, face time or virtual supervision of clients in their own homes.

Regular Testing of Staff
All staff are fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
Strict Adherence to Public Health England Guidance regarding Testing, Isolation of suspected Covid symptoms
PERSONAL CARE
• Washing, bathing and showering
• Toileting
• Assist with Administration of medication
• Dressing and undressing, getting up and going to bed.
• Care of skin, hair, teeth and nails, where appropriate.
SOCIAL CARE
• Listening and talking to people is regarded as an important part of delivering care. We can assist the Service users to keep in touch with their friends and relatives, with letter writing, telephone calls etc.
• Assistance with planning and shopping
• Assistance with paying bills, pension collection etc.
• Participating in fun activities- watching films, card games etc
• Leisure Activities /Sitting Service
DOMESTIC CARE
• Assistance with cleaning and housework.
• Assistance with laundry and ironing
MEALS AND DIETARY CARE
• Food preparation at the Service users' home.
• Assistance with feeding.
OTHER SUPPORTING SERVICES
• Drive/accompany to a doctor or hospital appointments,
