Andy undertook a major project for us: moving and rebuilding an old stone wall and fence to enlarge and improve our garden; also cleared a good area of garden for replanting. He and Bill worked tirelessly, often in pretty poor weather, finishing the job in very good time, leaving the site very tidy. Andy turned up when he said he would and did a great job. Very professional.

I had seen Andy working locally and being impressed by the work he had done, i asked him to quote for our very tired and neglected drive. I told him what i wanted, he then advised what could be done. Then we agreed the work to be done
My advice to anyone employing Andy is to leave him to it , he has great ideas - much better than my own.
He was punctual actually turning up when he said he would, and he always let us know when he arrived and was about to leave, additionally he always left the site tidy and safe

Andy was recommended to me and he did not disappoint.
Unlike several other local workmen I have used, he was reliable and punctual on each occasion that he visited and did exactly as we discussed leaving the place clean and tidy.
He was friendly but also very professional and was quick to send quotes. I considered his prices to be fair.
Andy clearly explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions both knowledgeably and thoughtfully. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy which I consider important.
Although it was only a small job , Andy was willing to take it on. This has paid off for him as I am now getting him back to do a lot more work.

Fantastic quality of work, really pleased with the finished job. Would really recommend to anyone needing landscaping done.

Andy did an amazing job of single handedly transforming our very tired and sunken tarmac drive in to a beautiful feature piece to be proud of.
It took him only 5.5 days to get the old driveway up, cleared, relaid and finished in our own chosen style of block paving.
Working on his own in the hottest weather of the year so far, we couldn't be happier with the end result.
Very highly recommended, and already looking at getting him back for more work.

Andy spent nearly three weeks on a whole variety of jobs in our garden - from lifting, re-laying and cleaning slabs for existing paths and patio, to creating a second patio, repairing our shed, building a gate and three sets of steps, and creating a raised bed. On top of that Andy put a door through from our hallway into the garage! It was a real pleasure having Andy on site. Can't rate Andy highly enough. Professional, friendly, hardworking and generous. The garden was previously a complete mess but we were on a bit of a tight budget so had reluctantly accepted that we'd have to prioritise the fence and a patio. Andy was incredibly generous with his time and went above and beyond to get the most out of our budget. As a result we've been able to get our entire garden sorted, and we couldn't be more delighted with the final result. I would thoroughly recommend!

Andy & Bill were very polite and and friendly, also making the effort to fully understand our requirements and take care of the detail, managing our expectations very well.
The quality of their work is to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the 25m long, 1.5m high retaining wall they built and faced with brick slips. The wall is straight vertically and horizontally. The patio is very well laid with a slight run for drainage.
They are clean and tidy during the process, and even communicated well with the neighbours whom had to endure a bit of an incovenience, which they managed well.
At the end of the job they level, re-seeded the lawn and left everything spotless.
It was a pleasure to have them do the job, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. More...

The edge of one of our flower beds was supported by some telegraph poles that over time had become badly rotted. These have now been replaced by a small brick faced wall which looks so much better.

Andy's work is very neat and he has great eye for detail. He took away all the old material and left the garden neat and tidy.

Andy and Bill arrived as promised on the day agreed , they replaced 25 metres of fencing for us making a good solid job . They completed in the time they had previously estimated, removed all the old fence and left the garden neat and tidy .

Andy & Bill have spent the last week and a half transforming our back garden from a small top patio with not very healthy grass at the bottom. They have done a brilliant job extending out the top patio & block paving it & using existing paving slabs for where the grass was. The transformation is excellent & it makes the space look so much bigger. They never stopped working, even when the weather was against them, and everything cleaned when the job was completed. AY Landscapes, Andy Yardley and his guys, block paved my driveway and car parking area. Andy did an excellent job, but not only that, the way he went about it, and his management of the product was a credit to him. He submitted me an itemized quote, along with a detailed plan for the job, which he adhered to, and he was very professional throughout the project. Andy is a very pleasant guy, and it was a pleasure to work with him, nothing was too much of a problem for him, and he made sure that there was a minimum of disruption to me throughout. Andy and his mate came on time and worked very hard to get my new fences up, they did a very good job making sure the gate bolts lined up to lock properly and even put the trellis back on the fence.
