Mel recently did Make Up for a film shoot for International Women's Day for us. All of the interviewee's were new to filming, and were all put at ease by her before their interviews. And she managed to find time to make me a cup of tea as well. I've worked with Mel on many shoot now, both corporate and short films. She's great in putting actors at ease, so they arrive in front of the camera with great make up and good energy (very rare skill - many professionals give good make up, but are horrible in dealing with people's feelings). She does make up for any kind of event as far as I know, but I think she gives her best with prosthetic make up and special effects. More...
