What inspired you to start your own business?
Avonaire was started 30+ years ago by husband and wife team, Dave & Claire Grimmer. We now have 8 members of staff. We are proud to be a Bristol based, family run business. Having a passion to provide top quality advice and services to our customers is what has always been our main goal.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our engineers are happy to wear PPE to make our customers feel at ease. Gloves, face masks, antibacterial cleaning gel and wipes and shoe covers are all on hand if required. All vans have this equipment so customers need not provide this for us.
Air Conditioning Installation
We install air conditioning in most domestic and commercial settings. Site visits are generally carried out prior to a quote being given, to ensure we give you the most accurate advice and price.
Air Conditioning Servicing/Maintenance
We service and install all air conditioning systems. You may have units which were installed by others, this is no problem and we are always happy to help.
TM44 inspection & certification
Please get in touch if you require TM44. Our inspector is happy to carry out work throughout the South West and Wales.
Air Conditioning Unit removal or relocation
Need an old unit removing and disposing?
Would you prefer your unit in a different location?
We are happy to help with the removal or relocation of any systems (subject to an initial site visit).
Gas removal
If you require gas removing from your system we can safely and responsibly carry this out. We securely bottle all gas and recycle this at appropriate centres.
