To help others.Every young individual deserves the chance to achieve their fullest potential.Aviana provides care and support to individuals in their own home in a manner the service user finds most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we provide our services. Central to these, is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount, and their wishes and aspirations inform and shape service delivery by a highly skilled and dedicated staff team.

That’s why we offer both short-and- long term care for young adults with complex care needs. We make sure that every single young person has the opportunity to realise their goals and feel supported in full every step of the way by an experienced, specialist personal home care assistant

Live-in Care
Live-in care services enable individuals with care needs including complex care to continue living in the comfort of their own home with the support of an around the-clock, 24-hour- live in carer.
Home from hospital
Our hospital discharge care plans are tailored to your individual needs and are informed by a wealth of experience in providing specialist, professional care. At Aviana Health Care we offer structured hospital discharge care plans and input that will help you or your loved one regain functional and full fitness levels wherever possible. At the very least, our highly trained live-in carers will make sure each individual has an ongoing programme informed by physiotherapy to maintain their functional ability or to help slow physical deterioration.
Emergency respite care
Our emergency respite care focuses on minimising disruption and restoring normality, allowing you or your loved one to recover at home with a live-in carer who fully understands your needs. We understand that everyone is different, which is why our emergency care packages are tailored to your individual needs.
