We needed to use Dimi for a peel and stick wallpaper rebrand of two commercial sites. The peel and stick was a complex design and there was a number of socket cut outs etc. Not only was his attention to detail incredible but he was patient and understanding when we had a printing issue. The two guys George and Chris who work under Dimitri worked very hard and did a excellent job.George is very customer friendly and does exactly what the customer wants and engages very well with the customer. Chris who is Demitri son works very hard and does a good job as well.He does need to talk a little more and learn to be like George .Dimitri the manager does not do much work on site and is more of a consultant even though he has a lot of experience.He will do one little bit and do it well .The only problem I had with Dimitri is that he is not willing to take the old paint that has messed before off the window frames .Of Dimitri and Chris can learn to be like George they will be the best in town .I will give the company a rating of 9.9 out of 10 which is excellent. Dear Laurel and Robert , Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experience with our work here on Bark . I am so sorry that even we tryed our best to clear the old paint from the windows and frames the result was negative and we had to stop before damaging the surfaces. I do appreciate your advice for improving our communicating abilityes, although my main objective is the people who work for me to deliver high quality work rather then spending time engaging with the customers . My son Chris know this well enough. If the customer need to discuss anything regarding the job I am always there to help . Thank you !
