I booked in a deluxe pedicure with Nicki as a treat before giving birth. As always she did not disappoint. She always goes above and beyond what you expect from the treatment. As well as making my feet super soft, i had some pregnancy swelling in my legs that she massaged and made a millions times better. I had a reki session previously with Nicki and went back to get a past life regression and a tarot reading. The reki was great, very relaxing and calming and really helped me. Absolutely brilliant. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and so my menstrual cycle was non-existent for a year. I had a reflexology session and within a week or so, my period returned! Nicki treats me with uttermost respect and she truly cares about one’s wellbeing. The session is truly relaxing and she gives really good tips which also support your management journey at home. I completed the Reiki 1 course yesterday with Nicki and Lynne. What an amazing day. The history, grand masters, meaning, treatments for others and yourself and more all fully explained and illustrated in a lovely folder that you are given to keep. Fully attuned by Reiki Masters Nicki and Lynne who were brilliant and you are given a certificate at the end of the course. They make you feel totally at ease and comfortable. I have already given myself Reiki today. Highly recommend this course (and treatments at Avalon). Nice to meet new people as well with the same interests. I have some medical issues and anxiety and I’ve been looking to book for a while but I was not sure reflexology was for me. Yesterday I saw Nicky for my first session I explained my issues and she instantly put me at ease. I was amazed by the things she knew about my body just from my feet and it was so relaxing - I came away feeling relaxed and uplifted - I don’t know that it will help the actual medical side as I’m waiting surgery but I was definitely less stressed and more energised afterwards and cannot wait to go back next week xx More...

I booked in with Lynne at Avalon for a reading and I have to admit I was very nervous as it was the first time having anything like this done . But I can say without hesitation Lynne is so lovely she made me feel very comfortable and calm and the cabin was beautifully set out and very professional as was Lynne . And everything she said to me was spot on she is a very special lady with an incredible gift and she has brought me so much comfort from the reading she gave me . I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I will definitely be back not just for a reading but i will be booking the reiki and massage too . Fantastic service as always. Thank You! I wanted to arrange a day for me and my bridesmaids to get together as two had never met and Nicki and Lynne created a Bespoke Pamper Party for me and my girls. We hired out the hut for the day and had deluxe manicures and pedicures which were AMAZING! We felt we had complete control of the day and were able to dress the hut and bring some drinks and snacks along and never once felt rushed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.. So I met nicki and her team over raimham jubilee Festival and grabbed a leaflet off of them as I had a really bad pain in my left shoulder. Had reflexology with Nicki and I must say the experience was truely amazing, and deeply relaxing. I found Avalon spiritual and holistic services by accident and I am glad I did. A very A grade service, excellent knowledge and very very caring and sensitive to my needs. Reflexology helped improve my sleep, lowered stress levels as well as a difference with my overall well being. Would recommend to anyone who is need of some deep relaxation. I also had a reading with Lynne, I was very overwhelmed by just how accurate this lady was with the information she gave me.
