We booked Henry to help move a heavy double mattress from my mum's house to ours, with only a day's notice. Communication with Henry was great throughout - polite, friendly and helpful. Henry and his 'assistant' arrived at the agreed time, and even let us know a smaller time slot beforehand which was really helpful. The stairs were challenging to navigate at both ends with such a large and heavy item, but they managed it efficiently and without causing any damage. I would certainly contact Henry again if I had any similar jobs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. More...
