I was looking for a cleaning company to do a weekly clean. This agency advised that they also do cleaning and I arranged to have a trial of the service. After waiting 30 minutes for the cleaner to turn up, and I called the main business number, to which an unprofessional gentlemen picked up the phone. I actually thought I must have called the wrong number given his manner on the phone and the fact he sounded like he was still in bed, waking up. He advised me that the cleaner may come around 2 hours later instead. I have to admit I was concerned about whether this was a legitimate cleaning company.... And now I'm actually glad they did not attend site and I'm sure they are not now. Perhaps they are better at other services but I wouldn't trust on cleaning. More...
