My husband took my laptop to this Company and he has always walked very impressed. I went to Atlantis today as my USB had fallen apart and I desperately required the information on the USB. The team within this business were fantastic built a little platform for me to still use the USB and I now have all the information transferred onto my laptop and stored on another USB. Great experience with this company on a few occasions now. A few months back I had 2 old iPads one I thought was completely broken wouldn't turn on and the other kept freezing. As a last resort before selling on eBay as "for parts", i thought I'd just get them checked, and to my surprise i returned to 2 fully working iPads! was so pleased.The other day i phoned to ask some advice and got some great info on the phone reassuring me they knew the problem and could fix my phone. Today I visited with the iPhone and they sorted within 5 mins. Great service, these guys really know their stuff. These guys are fantastic took iPhone 7 in as ear piece was muffled could hardly hear expecting to need a new ear speaker fitting, they fixed it in a minute by removing all the dirt and crud, and better still replaced my screen protector and didn't charge me a thing. would happily use these again in future should the need arise. Made the mistake of trying elsewhere first to repair my MacBook book air. The other shop in town basically gave up on repairing it. Atlantis had the back off poked and prodded and diagnosed the issue while I stood there. “insufficient thermal paste compound on the GPU “ !Easy in hindsight to see how the first repair shop missed it but not Atlantis. Shall not be going anywhere else’s in future. Very impressed both helpful and knowledgable engineers. They do it all from phones to computers to TVs. This is hands down the best repair shop in the area.I come over from Whitstable just for the service.I have had 2 phones and a tablet repaired here. I recently took my iphone in with a cracked screen and it was repaired within an hour for £60.00; Due to the excellent service I received, I took my lap top in for repair a week later as I had lost access to my user login and all files. They restored my files and user login which took nearly an hour to reload. Atlantis charged me nothing which I was so grateful for. A very honest repair company which is so very hard to find these days! I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone as you simply cannot go wrong! Went into store this morning, spoke to a lovely young lady, she was so helpful, and polite, she replaced my tempered glass screen protector where the old one on the iphone 7 plus had started coming off after only being fitted by another phone store aporox 5 weeks ago and had to pay £9-99 for the privilage, this one was fitted by Atlantis and supplied free of charge, i have to say they were so polite and so helpful, which is most unusual these days, so if you have an iphone that needs repair, don’t hesitate, go to Atlantis in Wincheap in Canterbury, you won’t be disapointed, they are way above any other phone shop in Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable area, i have been to, most shops just want the money out of you regardless on the quality of repair, i’ve seen other good reviews about this store, and agree 100%, other phone repair shops can learn alot from this company, there will be no hesitation on using them again, keep up the good work Atlantis

iPad problem fixed in a 'Jiffy'! Great knowledge and huge amount of experience and a very reasonable labour rate. I had tried various other places but had no success and was about to be charged a lot of money to fix home button fault. Showed me how to get a 'virtual' home button and changed my faulty screen at the same time. Only charged a very small amount and wouldn't even accept that until I insisted!
